What Crewmint AI is

Crewmint AI lets you create AI employees that follow rules you write, and work with them in chats. An employee can read and write files in its own folder, and, if you allow it, search and read the web, run programs, and use accounts you connect. Crewmint AI is being tested: it can change, and it can stop working for a while.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a code we email you. Keep access to that email address: whoever can read it can sign in as you. Only create an account if you are 18 or older.

Price and credits

Crewmint AI has no paid plans yet. Prices are not set, nothing is charged, and we don't ask for payment details.

Your AI employees use credits. One credit is one US cent of AI cost. Each account gets a monthly allowance of credits that we set, and it renews on the 1st of each month (UTC); what you don't use doesn't carry over. Each chat also has its own limit. When your credits or a chat's limit run out, your employees stop until the allowance renews, until we add more, or, for a chat's limit, until you start a new chat. You can see your credits on the Usage page. Credits can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money.

Your content, and what your employees do

We don't claim ownership of what you put into Crewmint AI (your messages, files and rules) or of what your employees make for you. You let us store and process it, as our Privacy Policy describes, only to run Crewmint AI for you. Only put in content you have the right to use.

Your employees are AI. They can be wrong, and they act within the permissions you give them. Check their work before you rely on it. You are responsible for the steps you approve and for the accounts you connect.

If you create a share link for a file, anyone with the link can open that file until you switch the link off. If you create a run link for a scheduled task, anyone with the link can start that task until you switch it off.

What you may not do

• Use Crewmint AI for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten, deceive or harm anyone.
• Put in content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Use your employees to send spam, spread malware, or attack other systems.
• Try to get into other accounts, get around credits, limits or the employees' working computers, or disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• Resell or re-host Crewmint AI without our written permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.

The service

Crewmint AI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, add or remove features.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Crewmint AI in the month before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using Crewmint AI at any time. To have your account and its data deleted, write to support@verixdigital.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use Crewmint AI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
